History
New Life New Beginning World Outreach Center (NLNBWOC) had its true beginning in 1926 as True Holiness COGIC. In the beginning the membership came together in three wagons. Since that time the church has grown spiritually and numerically. Church growth and expansion is indeed an intricate part of the church history.
On April, 28 1985, Pastor Nathaniel Green was installed by Bishop Charlie Green, Jr. at True Holiness COGIC. Great strides in church growth and development have been made since his partisanship. A man called of God to pastor, preach, and teach the gospel to a lost and dying world. With a heart and vision for the Bootheel community, and knowing that through the church, the community will be impacted, he utilized his position to being laying foundation for the church to being addressing the ill and ails that keep people from being God-Fearing productive individuals, which brought us New Life New Beginnings World Outreach Center. Through the preaching, teaching, birthing, and developing of the Pastor, the membership began to grow from a record number of 20 in 1986 to 200 members and later of 300 members in 2003.
There were at least 150 elders, ministers, evangelists, missionaries and teachers of the word etc…who have been trained, taught, and developed and ready to take the gospel to the streets. There have been many notable accomplishments made at NLNBWOC such as: water fountains, organs, keyboards, drums, and a sound system; including speakers. We also have a reconstructed and extended sanctuary, new carpet and pews, and a porch and ramp for disabled persons. A new roof, siding and landscaping, two church vans, a 45-seater bus, cry room/nursery, state of the art office equipment. Our total assets including land, building, vehicles, and contents of the building has reached a minimum of $270,000.00.
In 1999, the Kids Beat program was birthed from this church. NLNBWOC operated a feeding program/food pantry for citizens of the community and surrounding area. The church has ministered to the membership and community through workshops and seminar centered on food, nutrition, health, and self-esteem.

The year of 2002 was a great year for NLNBWOC. Not only has membership grown even more, a new site has been purchased in Sikeston, MO for the new home of NLNBWOC. In August we hosted a weeklong Vacation Bible School. In October, the New Life family crowned Pastor Green as Apostle/Bishop and founder of NLNBWOC. Since 1926, God’s grace, mercy, and favor has been upon this ministry and for the past 35 years God has done great things in the church, he has given New Life and New Beginnings. In August of 2003 the choir journeyed to North Carolina to sing with John P. Kee (Hey). It’s only just begun. We are getting ready to move into the new beginning of the final phase of the ministry. We are currently buying and renovating a building at 508 E. Center Street, downtown Sikeston, MO, where the church is housed. We are going to build a new edifice with an estimated cost of 1.5 million dollars; the church has already purchased 8.5 acres of land for this new edifice to be built upon, along with this new college and the new headquarters for The International Alliance of Five Fold Ministry.
