How much does it cost to attend NLIBU?
Associates Degree Programs
Each Associates degree consists of sixty credit hours. The cost per credit hour for these programs is $50 USD. The total costs for each of these programs is $3,000 USD.
Bachelors Degree Programs
Each Bachelors degree consists of 120 credit hours. The cost per credit hour for these programs is $50 USD. The total costs for each of these programs is $6,000 USD.
Doctoral Degree Programs
Each Doctoral degree consists of sixty credit hours. The cost per credit hour for these programs is $200 USD. The total costs for each of these programs is $12,000 USD. There is a fee of $1,200 USD for the Doctoral Certification that is required for all Doctoral degrees for a total of $13,200 USD tuition fee.
Masters Degree Programs
Each Masters degree consists of sixty credit hours. The cost per credit hour for these programs is $150. The total costs for each of the programs is $9,000 USD.
Books, Postage and Refund Policy
Books – There are no books to purchase from the University at this time. All information gathered for researched papers will be retrieved from credible sources of the internet, books, the Bible, etc. Wikipedia is not accepted as a credible resource.
Postage – Students who are enrolled in the external program must send a self-addressed envelope with the proper postage (if the student wants graded papers returned to them).
Refund Policy – When a program is dropped or withdrawn with permission, the refund policy will apply:
No refund will be made of application or registration fees.
Up to 10 days from enrollment 80% refund.
10 to 20 days from enrollment 50% refund.
After 20 days from enrollment 0% refund.

Billing statements will be mailed monthly for payment to the University.
